Square Enix explains Tifa's smaller breasts in Final Fantasy 7

After footage of Final Fantasy 7’s Tifa appeared, some gamers were concerned that Square Enix made her breasts smaller. In response, the developer says it wanted to make the character more athletic, especially after input from its ethics department.
