Lord Selkirk-West Kildonan Community Committee | July  14 meeting highlights | • A local group is hopeful its plans for an outdoor gym in Kildonan Park will work out.Friends of Kildonan Park made a presentation to the committee requesting a $43,096 community incentive grant to go toward purchasing and installing outdoor exercise equipment in an area of Kildonan Park. | Friends of Kildonan Park vice-chair Bob Milan told committee the inspiration was an outdoor exercise area he visited in Primrose Hill in London, England. The group said the Kildonan Park version would feature severe climate-proof exercise equipment, complete with QR codes so users can obtain instructional videos.
