Custom Made Valance Original Design by Carole Jett Style: Virginia Valance Size: 53" wide x 18" long + 2" Header Rod Pocket: 3" Header: 2" Fabric: Kingsway - Tahitian Sunset Color: Burgundy (green, olive, gold, yellow and pink tone on a burgundy background) The Virginia Valance was the first window treatment that Carole Jett designed. This valance has three dips and 2 pleats, in each pleat there is a button. The pleats are made with a coordinating fabric and some have the coordinate as the header and rod pocket as well. This valance is shown on a 37" wide window frame. Please take into consideration the width of your window to calculate the amount of gather that you will have. We recommend these to be hung on a 2 ½ inch rod to accommodate the 3” rod pocket. Cleaning instructions: Dry clean only. Our valances are lined with an Ivory drapery lining. We do not match the fabric pattern on our valances that are pre-made for sale in order to not waste fabric. That is only done when a custom order is placed. Each valance will have a different part of the material “highlighted”. These window treatments will add a nice touch to your bedroom, living area, kitchen, bathroom or any other part of your home. Our window treatments are proudly made right here in the state of Virginia by local seamstresses. All of our fabrics are hand picked and color coordinated to provide you with the best possible look. We use name brand fabrics such as Waverly, Swavelle Mill Creek, Robert Allen, P Kaufmann and many more.
