Cautions: Silicone mermaid tails are not for beginners. All customized products are not returnable.

QIANZHI silicon mermaid tails have good elasticity, making them easy to put on and take off. The tail is lightweight around 6kg to 12kg for the whole tail. Monofin is not included. The basic tail, side fins, back fins, extra color options, and monofin are sold separately. The basic tail does not include the side and back fins or silicon bra and comes in only one color. Customization for additional colors requires separate purchases. We recommend purchasing the recommended internal monofin, but other brands of fiberglass or carbon fiber monofins can also be used inside. Please provide the monofin's size in advance when making custom orders if you did purchase it from us.

The customization process involves placing an order, communicating color preferences, receiving a sample color piece’s photo within 7 business days, and a production time of 60 business days. Shipping takes an additional 30 days. Before shipping, we will send a video for confirmation. The entire process takes around 3.5 months.

Plus size is temporarily not supported.

To preserve and maintain the mermaid tail:

• Do not fold or store for long periods of time (when drying, lay the silicon tail and bra flat).
• Avoid direct sunlight and place in a ventilated and shaded area.
• When putting on or taking off, do not use fingernails to pull or scratch the tail or fins.
• Keep away from sharp objects.
• Rinse with fresh water after use.

For after-sales service, free repairs are offered for non-human damage within one month, but shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. Repairs after one month are chargeable, depending on the extent of damage.
