Using their vat dyed and sanforized Blu-Fast denim (resistant to fading and shrinkage), with riveted construction, chainstitched hems and Talon zippers, Lee made these for working women - who they called the lovely tough girls - and made them to last. Signature Lee waistband patch and lazy S stitching on backpockets. Union tag sewn into pocket. Union made in the USA. This pair is from the 1970s. There is some patching/repair work at right leg hem.
