To perform this exercise do the following steps: Step 1: Lie down on an exercise mat with a resistance band in hand.Step 2: Place the band around your right foot and then lay on your left side.Step 3: Keep your left leg extended straight down on the exercise mat. Bend the right knee back and bring your right foot toward your buttocks.Step 4: Holding the ends of the band, reach your hands overhead.Step 5: Gently pull on the band to add to the stretch and hold for up to 20 counts.Step 6: Switch sides and then repeat for a complete set.
