There are metal inserts between glasses. The socket is made by Leviton with press on/off knob. Lamp is in good working condition and takes a standard bulb max. 25 Watt. Bulb and shade are not included. The lampshade is sold separately from the lamp (please see our listing).It measures approx.: 10” Tall x 4 1/4 W.4 1/4” Base diameter.Great vintage condition.
