To Reserve your Clinic Room: To keep business moving and ensure your lovey gets quick and complete care, we are now booking appointments by the month. 1) Contact us for a free consultation, and we will let you know what month we are currently booking appointments in. 2) Your listing purchase will lock-in your previously discussed appointment time. 3) You will receive instructions on how to get your lovey to us in time to make their appointment. 4) If we have not received your lovey by the reservation time, your appointment will be moved to the next available time slot. Keeping your appointment time will increase the likelihood of the quickest processing periods. We also have a small number of Emergency Room appointments each month, which are available by request, for an extra fee. Appointments are not refundable 7 days after listing purchase, but they are reschedulable. We offer a very detailed and time-consuming service, which we try to provide at a reasonable price compared to our competitors. With this in mind, we try our best to keep our new friends away for no more than 16 weeks depending on the level of refurbishment needed, and complexity of the repairs. Please rest assured that timeliness is always on our minds, but quality of work is our priority! We want you to get your money's worth so your friend returns in the best possible condition for many more years of memory-making. :) Shipping to our clinic is not covered in this service. After purchase you will receive a message with an address to send your lovey to with whichever shipping method you prefer.
