A wide array of blue patterns creates a calming image and at the same time projects a feeling of freedom. Framed in a nice wood frame. Signed in a lower right corner T.Bailey. Condition: Painting has one minor restored scratch in the middle. According to information from different sources, T. Bailey did not exist but was a pseudonym of several artists from the Massachusetts communities around Cape Ann. One of these Artists was William F.Paskell (British-American 1866-1951).
