Foxy Fitness and Pole NYC & NJ is a move- and choreography-based pole fitness school, founded by Ashley Fox and Virgil Avery in December 2011. ​ At Foxy, we educate on the artistic and athletic aspects of professional pole dancing, promoting good health and creative expression through pole artistry, sport, and fitness. ​ We help our students explore the art of pole dancing and achieve dramatic results in muscle strengthening and toning, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. From Day 1, students focus on technique, increasing pole terminology, execution of moves/combos, and building confidence with each session. Small group classes allow for individualized training from highly trained, award-winning instructors. Solo and group private lessons and daily open pole sessions are also offered.
