Hebdomas pocket watches are always popular and make a great gift or to add to an existing collection, and this particular Hebdomas pocket watch is a truly unique and rare example. The Hebdomas pocket watches incorporate a massive 8-day movement instead of the more common styles in pocket watches that run for approximately 40 hours. Hebdomas pocket watches were nearly always produced in open fact styles (without the front cover) in gun metal cases, and this one here is only the second Hebdomas pocket watch that we have ever had that is in a full hunter case - meaning there is a front cover. To make is even more unique and special, is that the case is in .800 silver and is in excellent condition and looks superb. Measuring 48mm across, this Hebdomas pocket watch feels great to hold in the hand.   The dial is so attractive with the fine detail and of course the visible escapement. This is a pin set movement meaning the small pin near the 2 o'clock is pushed down to set the time.
